Is baldness likely to be more of a cosmetic choice than an inevitability by 2025-2030?

I would say probably not as that’s just a decade a way. There may however be better treatments- but they are treatments. Actual treatments that render it a “cosmetic choice” (as you have said) are likely further away. But better treatments are certainly around the corner.

There are going to be more effective treatments in the next ten years or so. The slow down is not the research but the FDA approvals that are required for new treatments
