Lip lift on 20 yo female, is it risky to perform it so young?

Is it really rare/ risky to perform a lip lift on someone so young ? I have a 20 mm philtrum and I know this is all to blame on genetics. I am really doing some research into lip lifts and some of the results I’ve seen here on real self are so beautiful. Please let me know what you think. Thank you!!

A lip lift always modifies the shape of the upper lip, keep this into account before moving forward.Secondly, your philtrum is not a very long one, still so it admits a conservative lip lift / philtrum shortening.Yes, you'll show your teeth slightly more.

You have very evident facial asymmetry with the left side of your face (if the picture is not flipped) being smaller than the other side. Thus the jawline in particular is lower on the normal side and higher or shorter on the smaller side. The treatment choices depend on which side of your face...

Hello roshambLip lifts are minor surgical procedures that actually shorten the distance between the nose and upper lip and allow more of your central upper teeth to show both at rest and when you smile. This has sometimes been called the bullhorn procedure because of the shape.
