Hi there! I had surgery to excise my tattoo 3 weeks ago. It’s looking red around part of the cut, it’s slightly sore and itches. The stitches are still in but are being removed Saturday. I wanted to know if this is to expected 3 weeks after surgery or whether it could be infected. Any answers would be appreciated!
