You have already undergone an aggressive surgical procedure and are now experiencing this issue. So, before jumping to treatment with any of the numerous here-today-gone-tomorrow "bells and whistles laser and RF treatments, you may wish to explore treatments, such as intralesional anti-inflammatory injections to flatten any elevated portions of the scars and manual microneedling (no need for the added expense and risks of RF microneedling) accompanied by the application topical pigment enhancers, such as topical tyrosine and latanoprost, for better blending of the scars with the surrounding normal skin.
