I am a fit and slender, 5' 8", 130 lbs so don't have fat to lose but have extra loose skin in lower abdomen mostly, some in upper abs. I had liposuction in the early days, 550 cc's of fat removed but it left me with very saggy skin in this area. I have never been overweight and work hard to stay in shape but there is nothing I can do about this extra skin. My muscles are in great shape, never had children. What's the best way to deal with this problem?
