It is very safe to have laser hair removal and take vitamin E at the same time. You need to take a huge amount of vitamin E in order to increase your chance of bruising! Always consult with a physician before any cosmetic treatment and make sure laser is performed in a medical setting.

Medications, vitamins, and other supplements should always be reviewed with your health care provider and your aesthetics specialist beforehand.
Fish oil and vitamin E are often stopped before surgical procedures to minimize the risk of bleeding.  It is not as critical to hold these supplements before noninvasive procedures.  There may be an increased risk of bruising or pigmentation changes after laser procedures, but lower daily doses of vitamin E (200-400 IU) are probably save to continue.
