I had laser hair removal my full legs, Brazilian, and underarm. I had some kind of reaction on my legs. It started out with red bumps that itched horribly. I received and injection for inflammation and a steroid cream. Now there's dark spots where the bumps were. What can I do about this? These marks are hideous.

These marks can be improved with a combination of lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Hello.  It appears as though you have some post inflammatory hyperpigmentation at the hair follicles.  This is not unheard of for a medium to dark skin tone after laser hair removal.  Options to fade out the spots include hydroquinone and laser treatment (we use the Palomar Q Yag V laser) but the spots will normally resolve on their own as well.  You may want to find out what laser is being used for hair removal and depending on your skin type, find out if that is the most appropriate.  You can see an article at the link below on that subject.
