After I started Botox I experienced hearing loss in one ear and vertigo that comes and goes. Does Botox cause inner ear issues?

Every few months. My ENT says it’s not the Botox that I get for crows feet. ENT thinks it’s allergy problems or Maniere’s disease. I just started allergy shots but I’m due my Botox (6months). Ear seems great for a while now. Not sure if I should get Botox again.
