Intense pulse light therapy, or a laser that targets red would be a good option. You may also allow some time to pass and it may simply go away. It would be good to see a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon that has laser capabilities. Short answer for a small problem so I think you will do fine, don't worry.

In my practice I usually perform RF after any swelling or bruising secondary to the injections is gone. The reason is that as RF uses deep heat, it could slow down the healing time after injection. RF is very safe and will not alter the results of your fillers.
