Is it safe to use swimming goggles, or VR headsets, after rhinoplasty with cartilage graft two years ago?

I'm wondering if the cartilage is weak so that pressure applied by swimming goggles can harm the shape of nose (esthetically). By the way I would like to ask same question about boxing/doing martial arts.
