Whatever bra brand you buy and however you choose your bra "fit," I think 315cc implants will add about a cup to at most a cup and a half to your present bra size.I suspect you will be "just fine" (not "huge") once swelling diminishes and tissues soften and stretch. In fact, I think there is a reasonable chance you will be "too small." I would also inform you prior to surgery that "filling the upper pole with nice round cleavage" is what a push-up bra does (once you have adequate size to push up). If you have "filled upper pole with nice round cleavage" when nude, you will likely have capsular contracture (CC) and hard unnatural breasts, since your pre-op appearance (teardrop shape) is simply enlarged with breast augmentation. Soft and compressible is "natural," whereas full and round (what I call the Baywatch coconut) is accompanied by hard, round capsular contracture if you have that appearance without a bra.BTW, breasts do not "drop and fluff." Implants drop (since gravity works in 100% of patients), and tissues soften and stretch (unless you develop CC--bad), but "fluffing" is what porn movie actresses do to keep the male porn actors, ahem, "ready" for their action scenes. Look it up. And let's NOT use the term "fluff" in plastic surgery, shall we?Also, the difference between 335cc and 315cc is one tablespoon and one teaspoon! This size difference is invisible over an entire breast. If 335cc is "too big" then 315cc will also be "too big." You need 50-60cc (2 ounces) to even be slightly visible as a difference. Since I suspect you will be only slightly more than one cup larger than your present size, again, I worry that in 6 months you will feel a bit smaller than you wished, and will then regret you didn't follow your surgeon's advice. I hope not, but that is my 30 years' experience and thousands of patients talking. It will take you 6-12 months to see complete healing and your "final" results. Best wishes! Dr. Tholen
