Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. You are a good candidate for conservative upper eyelid blepharoplasty. See an experienced board certified oculoplastic surgeon for comprehensive evaluation and proper guidance. Good luck!
You have a little extra skin, which is sometimes called "dermatochalasis," on brief assessment (ie, unofficial) from your photos. An upper lid blepharoplasty could eliminate this, though yours would be one of the milder cases - at least in my hands - that would receive this treatment if you wanted to do it. Some of the reasons that people receive upper lid blepharoplasty might be if the skin and muscle tissue is so lax that it obstructs the upper outer visual field, which is unlikely in this case. But that doesn't mean you can't pursue something that is important for you. If it's important for you, then it's important and worth asking about.
Great Question! Blepharoplasty is a surgical procedure that targets eyelids, which can be performed on both the upper and lower lids. This surgery can help target tired-looking eyes by removing skin, muscle, and even fatty tissue. As with any surgery, finding the right candidate for the procedure is imperative. Schedule a consultation to find out if a blepharoplasty is right for you! Best, Dr. RG.

If you want the best idea of what is possible for your eyes, do your due diligence, find an experienced surgeon, and have him/her evaluate you in person and discuss your options. @drdonyoo
