Too much skin removal which has caused lagophthalmos and dry eyes, anything I can do for it? (Photo)

Had a bad eyelid surgery 4 years ago and too much skin was removed causing lagophthalmos and dry/bloodshot eyes on a daily basis. 6 weeks ago I had a mullerectomy in the UK to lower the eyelids a bit. It has helped to relieve dry eyes somewhat but not fully. I still get bloodshot eyes and some incomplete closure. My eyes also now look hollow and the lid crease appears higher which I dislike. Is there anything that can be done to help both dry eyes and hollowness? or either one if not both?

Asian blepharoplasty is generally long lasting and results can vary for different patients. If you want the best idea of what is possible for your eyes, do your due diligence, find an experienced surgeon, and have him/her evaluate you in person and discuss your options. @drdonyoo
