They may be combined and it depends on the person's overall health. MTF bottom procedures may take less time compared to FTM bottom procedures which typically require free tissue transfer. Lengthy procedures may require hospitalization for pain control, hydration etc. Yous should further discuss all the details during the planning phase with your surgeon and choose what is the safest approach.
