Is Exilis Ultra 360 good to tighten jowl area of the face? Can it make skin more loose?

Can Exilis Ultra 360 make skin more loose in jowl area? If I have 5 treatments on the cheek area and 5 treatments on the jowl area and 2 on the neck area spaced 3 weeks apart, will I get good skin tightening results? How long to see those results? Also, Can exilis just be used to tighten skin only and not remove fat?

RF treatments should be weekly for 4 treatments then monthly forever. no it cannot make the skin sag more, but should be combined with morpheus every 2 months, dermarolling weekly (see emeragecosmetics MTS roller with ANTEAGEMD ampules). threads are a yearly treatments and thermage/ultherapy every 6 months.
 
As we age the skin sags there is  nothing  you can do that but try preventative  energy-based or thread-based  treatments or get a neck/facelift earlier in the aging process.  There are numerous options and some can be used in combination to get best outcomes but you need a consultation with an expert.
 
Options include for skin tightening :
1. thermage radiofrequency to heat skin and tighten it over time and prevent the aging process
2. ultherapy highintensity ultrasound to contract muscle and tighten the face and neck and prevent the aging process
3. PDO nova threads or instalift threads for immediate lifting without surgery and long term collagen production

Exilis is a waste of money if you ask me. Too many sessions for minimal results. You would get much better results to the jowls with treatments such as radiofrequency microneedling or subdermal radiofrequency. Make sure you see an expert physician. Best wishes.

Yes it can tighten loose skin and help enhance your jawline. A series of 4-5 treatments is necessary to see a result. Of course it depends on the patient and how much laxity there is, which will determine the treatment plan that would work best for you. It can be used to just tighten loose skin on face or any where on the body. Usually treatments spaced out according to how old you are. So if you are 30 years old you would do treatments every 3 weeks, if you are 40 every 4 weeks and so on. This is do to the ability to build collagen between treatments. As we age we generate collagen more slowly and it takes more time to see a result.
