I saw Dr. Epstein for years before, sadly, my insurance changed and I could no longer. He provided excellent care and he was honest and succinct in his assessments of the various conditions I presented him with. He listened to my concerns and idealized preconceptions as to the nature of my issues and assumptions of their subsequent treatment and promptly disabused them in a non- condescending manner. If you can appreciate truth without needing to be constantly babied during the entire process, he is the dermatologist for you. That being said, it isn't as if he won't be reassuring, he definitely will. But you will never be told an untruth. Some people have difficulty facing that. At any rate, Dr. Epstein (and Associates next door at Mountain View Aesthetics) have been some of the best and certainly some of my favorite medical personnel I have had the pleasure of dealing with throughout my life.

It is safe to do 4 or more CoolSculpting cycles in one area on the same day. There is a difference between sessions, as in treating an entire area and cycles which is the amount of time an individual applicator is on the area treated. It sounds like from your description that you are talking about 4 applicators treating one area in an appointment session. It is certainly fine to use 4 or more applicators especially for larger areas which can take 35 to 45 minutes per applicator. In fact that is the protocol when treating an area to achieve an appropriate result. If you are talking about multiple ares of the body treated on the same day I don't see an issue but it does take a lot of time and energy on your body and it may be prudent to schedule a second or third area of the body another day. I hope this helps you understand CoolSculpting better and how the treatment is performer.Good Luck you will love the results.
Both are very effective for skin rejuvenation and decreasing pigmentation. Perméa handpiece treatment is optimized for improved skin tone and texture and enhanced skin permeability which can result in enhanced absorption of skincare products when applied immediately after treatment. Perméa is used mostly for decreased pigmentation especially safe for darker skin types and is more effective for reducing pigmentation. The Original handpiece does go deeper up to 400 microns. This would be used to reduce lines and wrinkles as well as give your skin a great glow. Both work to rejuvenate and give your skin a healthy glow. Depending on what skin type you have and what you are interested in achieving that would be the handpiece that would be selected for your treatment. Many times alternating handpieces every other visit give the best result. If looking for one that goes deeper then it is the Original Handpiece. Not sure if that makes it stronger but resurface the skin.

Yes it can tighten loose skin and help enhance your jawline. A series of 4-5 treatments is necessary to see a result. Of course it depends on the patient and how much laxity there is, which will determine the treatment plan that would work best for you. It can be used to just tighten loose skin on face or any where on the body. Usually treatments spaced out according to how old you are. So if you are 30 years old you would do treatments every 3 weeks, if you are 40 every 4 weeks and so on. This is do to the ability to build collagen between treatments. As we age we generate collagen more slowly and it takes more time to see a result.
