If you truly have a scarring alopecia then it is unlikely significant hair regrowth will occur. Scarring alopecias destroy hair follicle stem cells which prevent regrowth in most areas that are affected. I would need to know more about your story and see the scalp up close myself to determine the likelihood of regrowth specifically in your case. In general though it is unlikely.
