Dear Doctors, I have had a bone harvesting from the chin 7 wks ago and the suture is troubling. This website is most useful so I hope you can advice me. Could the stitches on the left side have been closed too tight? That side is troublesome and there are several lumps underneath and it feels the incision line in the mouth is very hard. Is there any treatment for this? Please do not bother the white/yellow round scar, the doctor removed this morning a piece of gum sticking out Thank you!
