I am finally done with my Isotretinoin course, although it left a lot of acne scars. I got a laster treatment, that reduced the scars by 15%, however there are still some left (rolling scars) mainly. My dermatologist provided me Tretinoin-acid (0.025) for this. Will this help me get rid of my last rolling scars? Also, will it in any case worsen my scarring? Because after fighting so hard against the scars, they are finally about to disappear, and I really don't want to mess it up.

I would suggest using Elevase Moisture Booster twice daily to help moisturize the skin and reducing redness and irritation.Best, Dr. KaramanoukianRealself100 Surgeon
You can use a calming mask for your skin. It sounds like the Retin-A may be too strong for your skin. Redness and peeling are normal reactions to Retin-A. Some ideas for you are to back off of using it. Stop for a week and let your skin settle down. Then begin using it 2-3 times a week. If that...
I would use a combination of Elevase Moisture Booster and Luminase/Exfolase creams to help improve sunburn PIH.
