I am going on 10 years of chronic upper back pain. The pain is under my shoulder blades up through the middle to my neck. I am 4'9" wearing a d cup but i have pendulum breast that sag and my back supports them. I have seen doctors about this and most that take my insurance do not care. I can not take the pain any more it has taken over my life and I cannot get a job or play at the park with my kids.

Most 13 year olds are still growing and therefore should wait for their breast size to stablize. this usually takes place by 171/2 to 18 years old. you will probably be a good candidate.
