You need an expert at liposuction to perform the procedure and it does not matter if a laser is used or not.  However, if you want that fat to live in the buttocks and hips it should not be subjected to heat from a laser.  The tummy tuck will be necessary in the future for optimal results.  Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA

receive is from an in-person consultation.  Based on your photograph, you are a candidate for waistline
contouring liposuction of your abdomen, flanks, and lower back and fat grafting
to your buttocks.  This can greatly improve your overall shape with a
smaller waist.  Make sure you
specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have
had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.
 The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with.
I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic
surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Your best bet and value for the money is to bring your weight down to 120-135# and reassesss to see what is left to tighten and contour.  Right now you have extra tissue all over you body above the hips.  Probably a budget of $7000 will be inadequate to achieve the result that you are showing in the photo on the right unless you do something to reduce your body mass index prior to surgery. Weight reduction, especially done with the hCG Diet Protocol, which burns off storage fat, could bring you into range of your surgical goal fairly quickly, however, so check and see if a doctor near you supervises that approach. Then proceed with surgery to get your ideal form!

You look like a good candidate for a BBL. One thing you have that you  may not notice is probably a large visceral( internal) fat content that sits on the organs and causes your belly to be a bit fuller. This visceral fat can only be treated by diet and exercise. The goal picture you posted shows a women with probably no  or very little visceral fat.  You also have to consider having a tummy tuck in the future as your tissues also look loose and will be looser after surgery.  Ultrasonic/laser are no better than more traditional machines.
