What is the max amount allowed for removal from back and flanks? And what's the max CC injection for BBL in Florida?

Hi What is the lipo max CC for removal from back and flanks 28 YO 5'0 and max CC injection for BBL in Florida ? Also does Florida require you to have your lipo 360 front and back split with a Brazilian butt lift up into two sessions? Is this for safety reasons or just to make more money? If not what other surgeons do a 360 lipo front and back with Brazilian Butt Lift
