Hi Vixen_mermaid,Current Regulations in Florida limit supernatant fat aspiration to 4000cc for safety reasons and should be followed.  The only reason to "split" lipo into "sessions" would be if you want to remove more than 4000cc of fat.  Please see attached web reference.  Good luck!
