Should I be concerned with sore nipples & outlining areas of my 10 year old saline implants?

My nipples are very sore & the area between my breasts and around the implants are sore I always have monthly soreness but this seems to linger this month. I just had a mammogram in January with a clean bill of health. I'm 44 years old and am relative good health. Please help. Thank you so very much!
