Will my implants be smaller once the swelling goes down and they drop into place?

i am 4 days post op with 450 cc silicone unders. i started with a very small 36 b cup. as swelling goes down i am having boob greed worrying they are going to end up to small!!! will there be a signig=ficant change once swelling goes down? some people say they drop and fluff out and some people say they get smaller. whats the real deal ?
