Is it common to have burning feeling behind your 4 front teeth after a septoplasty with turbinate reduction + valve reconstruct?

I am 5 days post-op and I have a burning feeling behind my 4 front teeth. I am wondering if this will this go away in time? If so, approximately how long?

Noisy breathing and nasal voice imply nasal obstruction. At this time, swelling may still be present but you should ask your surgeon for endoscopic intranasal examination to look for any obstructing part such as synechiae, polyp, granulation tissue, or soft tissue swelling.
