What if CoolSculpting pad fell off during treatment?

The full treatment would be if the time had stopped with in five minutes of the full time. It sounds like you had an error which stopped the machine. If you had loss suction, it could have been re treated in that area. I would contact your provider to discuss retreating. 

A cycle is not considered "completed" until there is five minutes remaining. If for some reason there is a thermal event or loss of contact, the cycle will need to start over unless there is only 5 minutes left. Depending on which area is being treated, sometimes you may have to come back 24 hours later to have that area re-treated. Example: If your cycle is 35 minutes and there is loss of contact 29 minutes into treatment (6 minutes remaining), the cycle should be redone. I hope that this answers your question.

CoolSculpting machines are very sensitive and if the pad moves or doesn't have the ideal suction, the machine will turn off. Sometimes the treatment can be continued if the problem is fixed immediately. But if the session was over in 22 minutes you need to discuss it with the provider because it might not have been effective.

It sounds like you had some problems during your treatment. Pads can  dislodge. I would recommend keeping this discussion with your provider open. Let them know your concerns. A professional Coolculpting facility wants you to get a good result. They should take care of this for you if in the end you do not see the result on that side.
