I have a few moles along my hairline on my scalp. Can they be removed without shaving my hair and leaving a bald spot? (Photos)

Hello! I am a 22 year old female. I am healthy and do not have any concerns in general about my health. A few years ago, I shaved part of my head (for fun) and found a few odd looking moles on my scalp. I had the largest mole checked out by a dermatologist, and he said he was not concerned about it but that if it would comfort me, we could try to biopsy it. I believe he said based on the spot and size it would need to be an excision, so I opted out and have just had it on my radar. Since then, I’ve noticed a couple of small ones show up, but he told me new moles are normal at my age. None of the preexisting moles have changed shape or colors so I haven’t been too worried. Now that I'm older, I'm just aware of the high sun exposure and think it would bring me some comfort to just get them out of the way before they ever become potential problems. My grandpa had basal cell carcinoma 3 times mostly due to sun screen negligence but I don’t want to risk it. However, I am very worried about maintaining my long hair/hair style as I've been growing it out for a few years. I would want any removal procedures to be as cosmetically invisible as possible. Does that seem realistic based on where they are?
