Belly button has a real hole. Is it normal? (Photo)

Question

My belly button looks all the way open... is this normal. I will post 3 days post op belly button pic & 3 weeks post op. It oozes small amount of fluid or blood occasionally. But the real deal is.. is it suppose to look all the way open? Suggestions welcome pls.

There is some indication of wound separation in these photos.  You need to follow up with your plastic surgeon.  In the second picture there appears to be some redness and may indicate an infection in the area.

Hi there, it is really hard to tell from the pictures. If you feel that the incision around your belly button is separated then go back in and see your plastic surgeon and have it checked out. Good luck
