I'm 3m post op & my bb from the start was v small & now it has shrunk to a qtip size. When can I have a revision? (photo)

I'm 3 months post op and my belly button wasn't an ideal one. Was 2 cm off the left without hood or shape n as tiny as a raisin. Now it has shrunk to the size of a q tip as u can see in the pic. It is almost closing & awfuly worrying me. Also u can see the 2nd hole just beneath my bb is the suture that my doc wasnt sure what to do with it. He told me used inner stitches instead of outer 1.It gives me weird 2nd hole & needs to be fixed . I want to get it fixed asap so I can enjoy the results ; (
