Do I have diastasis recti? (CT images included)

sserio
I have a lump that appeared in spring of this year. It is in the epigastric region, several inches above my belly button. It is painful. I had an ultrasound that was negative, and a CT that was negative for masses or a hernia. Do you see diastasis recti on these images? This lump is really distressing and affecting my self-confidence. I have never been pregnant and exercise semi-regularly, never been overweight.
