A combination approach will give the most improvement. I recommend fillers for the lines and jowls themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In my  opinion, the addition of radiofrequency to microneedling significantly adds to the deposition of collagen and elastic fibers. Furthermore, it tightens the skin to a greater degree than traditional micro-needling. The jowl, neck and Jawline are the best areas for response. Find somebody with experience and ask to see photos.

Infinite works very well on loose and sagging skin. However, a patient must be realistic about any non invasive procedure, the results are not as good as a neck lift. The infini will stimulate collagen which will tighten and smooth the skin. It takes 3 treatments to see the best results. For deep lines, fillers are best.
