Infini, Profound, Microneedling with PRP. What would be the best treatment for sagging skin & elasticity?

I have both devices, - Profound has a very poor patient satisfaction rate, with a long downtime. Regardless, it can work in some patients. I prefer to use a combination approach of RF or HIFU, and collagen stimulating fillers. Having said that the later can not be used due to your request. In this case, its either surgical, HIFU or RF microneedling. INFINI RF is more predictable than Profound, Ultherapy can also be used.
