Infini, Profound, Microneedling with PRP. What would be the best treatment for sagging skin & elasticity?

I learned about profound on this site, then infini...I do not have acne or scars, I’m not interested in fillers (I see that suggested a lot) I have marionette lines starting & jowls starting, what would be the best treatment for sagging skin & elasticity ? Microneedling w/prp is offered in my area but would it help sagging or is it mostly for smoothing the skin? I would like to have my neck done too, it’s beginning to lose elasticity . Thanks in advance .

A combination approach will give the most improvement. I recommend fillers for the lines and jowls themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments, J Plasma and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert. Infinite works very well on loose and sagging skin. However, a patient must be realistic about any non invasive procedure, the results are not as good as a neck lift. The infini will stimulate collagen which will tighten and smooth the skin. It takes 3 treatments to see the best results. For deep lines, fillers are best.

In my  opinion, the addition of radiofrequency to microneedling significantly adds to the deposition of collagen and elastic fibers. Furthermore, it tightens the skin to a greater degree than traditional micro-needling. The jowl, neck and Jawline are the best areas for response. Find somebody with experience and ask to see photos.

I have both devices, - Profound has a very poor patient satisfaction rate, with a long downtime. Regardless, it can work in some patients. I prefer to use a combination approach of RF or HIFU, and collagen stimulating fillers. Having said that the later can not be used due to your request. In this case, its either surgical, HIFU or RF microneedling. INFINI RF is more predictable than Profound, Ultherapy can also be used. See someone who has surgical skills, but also all other RF- HIFU tightening devices. The reason is that outcomes depend not only on the device but patient selection. All the best, Dr Davin S. Lim.
