I have a mole on the back of my neck that is round and very much raised like a small spherical raspberry and is relatively squishy . My dermatologist says there's nothing concerning about it. If I wanted it removed, would that be hard being it on the back of my neck? What type of removal would likely be used if it's for cosmetic reasons? And around how much would it cost?

There should be no changes. We recommend not getting area wet for first day due to potential infection and application of antibiotic solution to area with a q-tip and leave open to air. If you are still worried contact your Doctors office and speak to someone there. Hope you enjoyed show at least.
