Difference between medpore and peek cheek implants? Which has a less chance of infection and causing problems in the future?

All facial implants have the same risk of infection, the material composition has little influence although porous implant materials may have a slightly higher risk in that regard. Medpor is a preformed cheek implant that has a limited number of styles. PEEK is a custom made plastic material made from the patient's 3D CT scan. There is no evidence that one implant material or the other has greater or less chance of causing complications.
