Size and what to expect at 375cc? (photo)

You appearance looks fine for a recent breast augmentation.  The muscle tends to flatten out the breast and it can make the appearance seem smaller.  Give it a chance for the muscle to stretch out over the implant.  

This is way early for any accurate estimate of your eventual size. My best estimate is about small D size. Remember the implants will settle and this will call for larger bras even if the actual total size did not change.

Congratulations on your breast augmentation!The first few days after breast augmentation surgery can be trying: the breasts are tight and swollen; the shape looks nothing like the final result; swelling and bruising is almost never symmetrical.It is too soon to try to judge the final result, but this is why you selected your particular surgeon and his/her team: because you trust their judgment and because they are the ones to support you as you recover.

Right after surgery is not a good time to judge final results nor to panic about size or asymmetries.Your doctor is correct in my opinion if you have little breast tissue and a tight envelope going for an oversized implant is often a mistake.Your surgeon takes great care to do both sides the same but nevertheless early asymmetry is quite common and usually due to a temporary difference in swelling which corrects itself overtime.I personally never guarantee cup sizes because all the bras are different by style,maker and who is doing the measuring but most of my 350-375cc patients usually have a C after all is said and done.
