At 16 days after your rhinoplasty, if you had osteotomies to help reshape the bone of your nose, those small breaks in the bone are unlikely to have been able to be displaced with the light weight of sunglasses.  This is far more likely to be normal postoperative swelling in the tissues and...

  There are several ways to address this.  Many surgeons will use an alar cinch suture to prevent this widening after a maxillary advancement prior to closure.  This would be an option at this time as well as alteration of the alar base through an external approach.Find a board...
