I started Invisalign this month but haven’t been very good with trays due to work. Invisalign potentially making my teeth loose?

Orthodontic movement requires loosening of the teeth by wearing the aligners. You do need to wear the aligners religiously or you will have less than great results.

If your teeth were not loose before the first tray set and now they are, this is orthodontic treatment progressing.  Orthodontic treatment makes teeth loosen in order for them to reposition.
