Yes.  In most situations the retainer will fit just fine and provide the proper retention to the teeth for continued alignment as well as keeping the space for the planned implants and eventual crowns intact.However, I would suggest that you bring the retainer with you to your Dentist following the extraction and have them see if they need to adjust the plastic for proper healing over the extraction site.

Yes, you can still wear your retainer prior to having implants put in. Following the implant surgery, you should schedule an appointment with your dentist/orthodontist to see if any adjustment to your tray needs to be made.
