It is best if you avoid lower face fillers as they will only make your face look wider. I would suggest a lifting/tightening procedure. Ultherapy is the best non surgical facelift I have seen and will give you a much more defined jawline.

I’m unhappy with my jawline/chin/lower cheek area and want to look more defined/angular here. I’m thinking of fillers to create a jawline and possibly define cheeks more to balance out, but I’m worried of adding more volume to an already voluminous lower face. I wanted kybella/belkyra but don’t have time for the recovery. Any advice appreciated!Will fillers work to craft an angular jawline/cheeks or is adding more volume a bad idea? Nasolabial folds can be filled with hyaluronic acid filler. The filler is best placed DEEP into the fold to reduce the depression in this space giving you a more youthful appearance. The procedure is not painful and using local anesthetic cream or nerve blocks can make it even more comfortable. Product can be inserted with either a needle or cannula. I prefer cannula injections as I believe they are safer and less likely to cause bruising.

I'm 26 and I'm thinking about having filler. I've never had fillers before so I'm afraid they would hurt for a long period of time or would they move when I laugh if injected into nasolabial folds. I also don't want to inject the filler into my cheekbone but instead straight into the folds just to plumb them up.

In order to address your UPPER EYELID HOODING you are best to get an upper lid blepharoplasty - this can cost as little as $1500-$2000 in Sydney. It is a simple and very effective minor procedure. No amount of Botox or fillers will give you a satisfactory result in this area. For your UNDER EYE BAGS an experienced cosmetic physician could do a great job with some judicial placement of filler. for the LOWER FACE I would advise you undergo a skin lifting/tightening procedure such as Ultherapy.

I know nothing about fillers/botox, Restalyne, etc. All I know is that I am struggling massively with bags under the eyes and the hoods of my eyes are so bad you can't even see my eyelashes. I could probably qualify for that eye surgery but I don't have the money for that. So for now I am just looking to make my face look refreshed. Is it better for a PS to give fillers an esthatician? Can a dermatologist also do these procedures?Also something that would tighten up jawline/jowls?

There are many fillers that are suitable for this use. Hyaluronic acid fillers. (Examples include Belotero/Restylane/Juvederm) that are reversible are your safest but will need to be touched up over time. Radiesse is another filler that is a stimulatory filler and can be used in this area when trying to mimic a bony sttructure but would need deep placement and if done incorrectly may give you visible lumps that can not be reversed.

When I was 15 y/o&nbsp;I fainted and hit my head on a table. Ever since then, I’ve had this forehead indent that extends to the top of my head. It literally feels like my skull has a crack. I’m 23 y/o&nbsp;now and from certain lighting I don’t like how my forehead looks in the mirror or in pictures. What do you recommend I do?

I think my upper lip is crooked; I think the distance between my top lip and nose is too long; I think the corners of my mouth are beginning to droop like my mothers'; my nasolabial folds are too prominent; my lips are too thin. What is my best course of action to address as many of these problems as possible? Also, does my jawline around my chin need to be addressed and how might i do that? Hi Heather, You are right in questioning whether to inject more filler. You need to dissolve the filler first and wait two weeks (until all of the product has disappeared and swelling has subsided) to review if fillers are your best option moving forward. From your photos I can see that the filler under your right eye has not been correctly placed and adding more will only highlight the problem. The muscle that runs from the inner eye close to the nose to the middle bottom of under eye is now popped out giving my eye a hollow weird appearance. Help! I look older and worse than before and I am freaking out. She used Voluma .5 ml in each cheek area surrounding the bags to help hide them but It’s strange now. She is suggesting Botox or more filler now but I am curious if I should just dissolve filler I will attach a photo from before and now after for reference. Any help appreciated!
