It is best if you avoid lower face fillers as they will only make your face look wider. I would suggest a lifting/tightening procedure. Ultherapy is the best non surgical facelift I have seen and will give you a much more defined jawline.

Nasolabial folds can be filled with hyaluronic acid filler.
The filler is best placed DEEP into the fold to reduce the depression in this space giving you a more youthful appearance.
The procedure is not painful and using local anesthetic cream or nerve blocks can make it even more comfortable. Product can be inserted with either a needle or cannula. I prefer cannula injections as I believe they are safer and less likely to cause bruising.

In order to address your UPPER EYELID HOODING you are best to get an upper lid blepharoplasty - this can cost as little as $1500-$2000 in Sydney. It is a simple and very effective minor procedure. No amount of Botox or fillers will give you a satisfactory result in this area.
For your UNDER EYE BAGS an experienced cosmetic physician could do a great job with some judicial placement of filler.
for the LOWER FACE I would advise you undergo a skin lifting/tightening procedure such as Ultherapy.

There are many fillers that are suitable for this use.
Hyaluronic acid fillers. (Examples include Belotero/Restylane/Juvederm) that are reversible are your safest but will need to be touched up over time.
Radiesse is another filler that is a stimulatory filler and can be used in this area when trying to mimic a bony sttructure but would need deep placement and if done incorrectly may give you visible lumps that can not be reversed.

I would encourage you to consider 2-3 treatments of Ultherapy around your mouth area followed by some dermal lip fillers to help improve the asymmetry to your lips. I am based in sydney and happy to see you for a free consultation to further discuss a course of action.
