Should I keep looking for a surgeon? (Photo)

I suffered trauma to my face about a year ago. I have met with two plastic surgeons one through the hospital and one through a private practice. Both have addressed the keloid and I have started getting steroid injections at the hospital. However, no one has addressed realigning my lip should I keep looking for a surgeon or will this take multiple surgeries? I’m willing to travel for this surgery, would that be a good idea?
