Why is my nose filler not going?

I had my 2nd try with nose bridge and tip filler in May 2023 but after 2 months it migrated to the sides. In Dec, I scheduled an appointment to draine it with a cannula and some Hayl that helped a little only. In May 2024 I booked another appointment to dissolve it using diluted hyal and the results were fairly good but I am not satisfied Q: Do I need a 3rd session or there no hope perhaps due to scar fibrosis ? Also why it is not going? sometime I feel like it keeps getting bigger and wider!

Hyaluronic acid filler remains as a semi-solid gel in discrete pockets with the subcutaneous layer of the nasal skin envelope. In simple terms, this means the filler does not occupy a continuous space, but rather multiple spaces. To effectively dissolve all the injected filler with hyaluronidase, these pockets need to be precisely injected. If you have filler remaining, then the hyaluronidase injection did not come into contact with these areas and needs to be injected more precisely as hyaluronidase is very effective at breaking down any filler it comes into contact with.
