Hey there, I am 23 years old, male, 173cm, and I have a question concerning my left eye. It looks way smaller and kind of odly shaped, like there is more excess skin on the left eyelid than on the other one. Is there anything that could be done to fix that? It makes me look tired..

The reason your left eye looks smaller can be either:  1. a droopy upper eyelid  or  2. The left eye is more sunken in than your right eye (or your right eye is more bulgy)

In your case, it is worth considering a left eyebrow lift. This will open the eye and even out the asymmetry.
