What can be done to correct my smaller left eye? (photos)

Hey there, I am 23 years old, male, 173cm, and I have a question concerning my left eye. It looks way smaller and kind of odly shaped, like there is more excess skin on the left eyelid than on the other one. Is there anything that could be done to fix that? It makes me look tired..

A mid facelift can do this. The skin is pulled posteriorly. You may also benefit from an extended browlift. This would lower your hairline and pull up the eyebrows. However, it would pull the skin around the eyes more posterior. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
