29 yr old female What I have been considering: Kybella (hoping to find more of my jaw), genioplasty (I feel like a lot of weight sits at the bottom of my face and I am afraid that a chin implant would add more weight and give me a 'diving board chin'), and buccal fat reduction. Kybella typically takes 3 to 5 treatments to work. This is why I've stopped carrying Kybella in my office.  I recommend neck liposuction more often then any injectable procedure for the neck now. It provides superior results gives me more control over the area than any injectable.  It also costs about the same as what you paid for your first kybella session. The liposuction can be done under local while awake in the office and recovery is about the same as kybella.

Based on your photo, I think you would benefit from chin filler treatment. I would use Restylane Lyft to improve chin volume and projection. I would also consider Kybella for submental fat. The combination should improve lower face proportions and harmony.

It is rather difficult to tell what is going on your face without a full set of unadulterated photographs.   The limited photograph demonstrate a recessive chin profile for which a chin implant can improve.  Liposuction can accomplish removal of fat deposits in the neck.  We do not recommend Kybella since it is very ineffective must be repeated multiple times for minimal results. A sliding genioplasty is performed by an oral surgeon under general anesthesia in a hospital setting with an overnight stay, and is much more invasive.
