My surgeon reattached the base of my nostrils too low and narrow on my face, it is lower than my nose tip. The nostril base is now attached low on my philtrum but was supposed to be higher up and sitting laterally on my cheeks. Can my alarplasty be revised and lifted to sit a bit wider across my cheeks? Could the incision be recut and placed a bit wider on the cheeks? Thanks!
