Clicking sounds, septum movement and pain, years post op

I had a septoplasty about 1,5 / 2 years ago. I had a deviated septum showing from one of the nostrils. The surgeon fixed it by "pulling" the septum to the correct position and fixating it with stitches (from what he explained). Everything was okay and healed well but recently I started feeling pain in my septum and when I do a specific movement I hear a click and something gets "stuck", causing a lot of pain. Feels like the medial crus is moving and getting stuck.
