Sharp ripping pain: my 1 breast gets a crazy, wake me up from sleep pain after BA. I am POD 5. Is this normal healing?

Under muscle 325cc silicone augmentation 1/10/17. Most concerning pain I get mainly while sleeping, or stretching. My R breast has a very sharp tearing like pain within in the same spot. I guess I stretch while sleeping & get woken up from this pain. Is this normal? Why only in one spot? I feel I may be thinking it is worse because my PS said my R breast was more difficult, he had to "move around to get the desired look" compared to my L.
