I am concerned about people knowing I may get plastic surgery. I want an upper and lower blepharoplasty. Will people know?

I know it's ridiculous, however I have great concern regarding people knowing if I get surgery. My family is very, very conservative and would frown upon my decision. I also work at a very gossipy place where everyone is in everyone's business. I know this is my choice, however I'm having much trouble with this. I would like so much to take away this tired look I have, yet if things don't go well, ill be ruined. How do I deal with all this anxiety and is this common?
