Hey, I have high cheekbones and a more square chin/ jaw. I really want a more heart-shaped face or less square face. And an actual chin. Please help me out!!!

and would allow you to test a temporary treatment before committing to the long term change. You would need to use an injectable filler based on hyaluronic acid as they are the only ones which can be dissolved....
Based on your jawline augmentation goals (which appears to be a wider chin and jawline based on your previous picture), only a custom wrap around jawline implant can make that type of change. The other alternative would be standard chin and jaw angle implants although they no have the same...
By your own description you have an infected chin implant from periapical tooth abscesses. The only effective solution will be removal of the chin implant. It would then be best to let it heal for three months and then see how it looks.
