When can I stop using aquaphor/vaseline and return to moisturizer and face makeup after abalation?

I had a full face ablation with CO2 laser about 2 weeks ago. I have been using aquaphor and vaseline on my face all day everyday.. my face still feels right and dry after washing. When am I able to wear regular moisturizer and foundation? And what it the best makeup and moisturizer to use. The procedure was done because of acne scarring.
