Started taking accutane 2 days ago & I'm having painful upper stomach pains with bloat? I stopped taking the medicine? (Photo)

Takayasu's arteritis, RA, osteoporosis, currently on prednisone, remicade, verapamil, adivan, and prosac. Pharmacy said no drug interactions but this happened very so close to me starting this medicine.
