Changes in shape may be attributed to pregnancy and breastfeeding, however it would be a good idea to get a mammogram once you’ve stopped breastfeeding. This would be more effective in checking for anything unusual.

A Nuss procedure can be used to correct pectus excavatum by insertion of hardware through a small incision to correct a chest wall deformity. This can be safely performed in patients with breast implants. As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).
